By quietly thanking Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on his way to deliver the State of the Union address last Tuesday, President Obama brought attention to yet another daring action by the Navy SEALs. That same day they dropped into Somalia and struck the abductors of two aid workers that had been held since October.
